Work with leading-edge electronic security technologies ? Be the technical expert on high-profile commercial projects ? Lead installations from start-up through commissioning ? As a Senior Electronic Security Installer , you'll lead the installation, programming, commissioning, and service of sophisticated security systems while serving as a technical resource for both clients and team members.
Lead Security System Installations Install, configure, and commission commercial electronic security systems Coordinate field activities with customers, contractors, and project teams
Program and configure intrusion detection, video surveillance, and access control systems Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving hardware, software, and communications Troubleshoot IP networking, PoE systems, VLANs, bandwidth limitations, and device connectivity
Deliver High-Quality Results Test and commission systems to ensure peak performance Verify proper operation before project turnover Maintain exceptional workmanship and quality standards
Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training for technicians Share best practices for installation, programming, and troubleshooting Help elevate the overall capabilities of the team
Complete programming records, project documentation, as-built drawings, and project close-out materials We're looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following platforms: DMP Intrusion & Security Systems March Networks Video Management Systems Verint Video Solutions Commercial Access Control Systems Enterprise Video Surveillance Platforms Integrated Security Technologies

Quality Driven 10+ years of experience in electronic security, low-voltage systems, or related industries
Strong hands-on experience with intrusion detection, access control, and video surveillance systems
Advanced programming and commissioning experience
Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, PoE systems, VLANs, and IP addressing
Ability to work independently and manage field responsibilities
Manufacturer certifications from March Networks, Hanwha, Verint, or similar platforms
Enterprise and multi-site deployment experience Experience integrating multiple security platforms Knowledge of remote monitoring and managed security solutions
Ability to lift and carry tools, equipment, and materials Ability to work on ladders, lifts, rooftops, and active job sites Ability to travel as project needs require Flexibility to work occasional extended hours during critical project phases
Successfully commissioning systems with minimal punch-list items ? Delivering projects on schedule and to the highest quality standards ? Building strong, long-term client relationships ? Helping teammates grow through mentorship and knowledge sharing
