The Senior Electrical Test Engineer - Switchgear plays a vital role in ensuring the quality, safety, and performance of electrical switchgear systems before they reach customers. This position is responsible for leading rigorous factory acceptance testing (FAT) processes, validating that all low and medium-voltage assemblies meet design specifications, industry standards, and customer requirements. The Senior Electrical Test Engineer - Switchgear will be combining deep technical expertise with hands-on testing and problem-solving skills, the Senior Electrical Test Engineer - Switchgear partners closely with engineering, production, and customers to deliver reliable, compliant, and high-performing power distribution solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- * Conduct factory acceptance testing (FAT) on low and medium-voltage switchgear assemblies prior to shipment.
- * Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and checklists based on engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- * Perform electrical and functional testing, including continuity, control circuit verification.
- * Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects or non-conformances; work with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions.
- * Review schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of materials, and layout drawings to verify accuracy and completeness.
