The Senior Electrical Test Engineer – Switchgear plays a vital role in ensuring the quality, safety, and performance of electrical switchgear systems before they reach customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct factory acceptance testing (FAT) on low and medium‑voltage switchgear assemblies prior to shipment.
- Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and checklists based on engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Perform electrical and functional testing, including continuity and control circuit verification.
- Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects or non‑conformances; work with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions.
- Review schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of materials, and layout drawings to verify accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards such as UL, IBC, ANSI, IEEE, IEC.

- Authorized to work in the US without requiring new or transfer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
