Are you an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about Electrical Engineering and Commercial Construction. This is a permanent, full-time role where you will be responsible for managing all aspects of electrical projects, from planning to implementation. If you are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you! Must be comfortable managing $25M+ projects, and roughly a $100M portfolio of projects.
Responsibilities
* Managing all phases of electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
* Preparing and reviewing project plans, specifications, and contracts.
* Coordinating with other team members and departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
* Providing technical guidance and expertise to team members.
* Overseeing project design, development, and testing processes.
* Ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations and safety standards.
* Conducting project risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
* Providing electrical estimating services to support bidding and project cost control.
* Preparing and presenting project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
* A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* A minimum of 10+ years of experience in Project Management within the Electrical and Commercial Construction industry.
* Proven experience in electrical estimating.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standards.
* Proficient in using project management software.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision‑making abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software.
* Professional Engineer (PE) designation is a plus.
