Our client, a well-established and growing MEP contractor, is seeking two experienced Senior Electrical Project Managers to support projects in Richmond and Roanoke, Virginia . This organization is backed by a larger construction platform, offering the resources of a major contractor with the agility of a specialized electrical division.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing, high-ownership environment and has a strong background managing electrical scopes on commercial, industrial, or institutional projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee procurement, cost tracking, and change management
- Collaborate closely with preconstruction and field leadership to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects
- Background working for an electrical contractor or MEP firm preferred
- Experience with commercial, industrial, healthcare, or institutional projects
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, project financials, and scheduling
- Proven ability to lead projects and communicate effectively with clients and teams
