Commercial Electrical Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial projects from kickoff through closeout. This is a hands-on role for someone who can balance field involvement, client communication, scheduling, financial management, and project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial electrical projects from turnover to closeout
- Oversee a team of Project Managers
- Oversee schedules, budgets, manpower planning, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Coordinate with field teams, GCs, vendors, and stakeholders
- Visit jobsites regularly to stay ahead of issues and keep projects on track
- Monitor project performance, profitability, and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of commercial electrical project management experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical construction, codes, and project execution
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Procore experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience:
- Healthcare, education, institutional, or large commercial projects
- Lighting controls and complex electrical systems
