Key Responsibilities
* Manage all phases of large commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
* Lead Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
* Oversee contract administration, change orders, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
* Maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
* Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions to maintain project success.
* Ensure compliance with company safety standards, quality expectations, and project specifications.
* Mentor and develop future project leaders within the organization.
Qualifications
* 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
* Experience managing large commercial construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of project financial management, scheduling, contracts, and risk mitigation.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholders while maintaining client satisfaction.
* Stable employment history with progressive career growth.
Compensation & Benefits
* Base Salary: $175,000 - $200,000
