Project Manager, you'll report directly to the Director and VP in a client-facing role that requires building strong relationships both in and outside the office. You'll develop through hands-on experience, peer collaboration, and ongoing technical training.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCompliance with company, client, and project policiesJob site safety and adherence to company national policiesGenerate estimates, review project proposalsEstablish project timelines, budgets, and resource allocationSupervise project execution to meet design, budget, and schedule requirementsCollaborate with the customer to clarify and meet expectations before, during, and after project completionCoordinate activities of staff and subcontractorsWork directly with vendors to ensure timely procurement and deliveryLead efforts for billing early and collecting oftenConduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address issuesDevelop and maintain strong client and employee relationshipsAssist leadership in the planning of future labor/material needs of the projectProvide consistent reports and updates to senior managementForecast financial direction to course correct as neededDevelop project scopes and budgetsManage RFPs and Change Management FormsMentor subordinates to support their developmentInternal drive for continuous growth both personally and professionallyQualificationsREQUIRED10+ years of Construction Project Management experience5+ years of Electrical Project Management for large scale, complex IT/Telecommunications Infrastructure projects, including Data Centers installationsExperience with Data Center electrical distribution systems, cabling, and white space fit-outExperience with retrofits in operational facilities and cross-discipline critical facility systemsStrong computer skills and quick to learn new systemsAbility to work calmly under deadlines and external pressureCommitment to continuous improvement of communication, organization and leadership skillsEffective scheduling and delegation to accomplish tasks on timeTactful conflict resolution and problem-solving abilitiesApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
