Our specialized experience includes design for data centers, healthcare, science and technology, high-rise buildings, clean energy, education, and other building types as well as structural and building sciences, infrastructure asset management, advanced robotics, and more.Salas O'Brien is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to design electrical systems including lighting, power, fire alarm, telecom, and security for institutional projects in the higher education, government, and healthcare markets.Job duties include:Designing building systems and producing construction documentation for institutional projects in the higher education, government and healthcare markets.Designing electrical systems including lighting, power, fire alarm, telecom and security.Developing calculations for lighting systems and associated controls.Developing electrical system design calculations.Preparing detailed design documents in REVIT.Performing QA/QC design work.Leading a project team and managing projects.Coordinating with Owners and Architects.Coordinating work with other disciplines.Completing code compliance research.Overseeing and providing guidance to junior engineers.Assisting in the procurement of new work, including the development of client relations.Minimum qualifications:U.S.
