It also means that each member of our team has truly limitless potential to build a unique, meaningful, and high-impact career—and they'll receive great total rewards along the way.Job Summary: The Senior Electrical Engineer is a senior technical professional responsible for the design, analysis, and implementation of critical power infrastructure across a variety of industry sectors including, but not limited to, Mission-Critical, Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Commercial.This role includes developing detailed specifications for UPS systems, emergency and standby generators, and low- and medium-voltage switchgear, while ensuring system reliability, safety, and compliance.The position requires expertise in power system studies, including short circuit, selective coordination, and arc flash analysis, as well as experience designing complex generator and medium-voltage power systems. The ideal candidate brings strong field survey and construction administration experience, along with the ability to lead and mentor engineers and designers, delivering high-quality solutions across all phases of a project.Responsibilities:Perform electrical load calculations and develop comprehensive power distribution designs for commercial, infrastructure, and data center projectsPrepare detailed construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports for UPS systems, emergency/standby generators, and low- and medium-voltage switchgearUtilize AutoCAD and Revit to develop system layouts, one-lines, and coordinated design modelsConduct power system studies, including short circuit, selective coordination, and arc flash hazard analysis using SKM, ETAP, or similar softwareDesign and engineer standby and emergency power systems, including generator and paralleling system configurationsLead and supervise staff engineers and designers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and quality oversightPerform field surveys and site assessments to verify existing conditions and support design developmentSupport construction administration activities, including submittal reviews, RFIs, site visits, and coordination with contractorsCollaborate with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to deliver technically sound and cost-effective solutionsDevelop and maintain technical specifications and documentation to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project requirementsApply knowledge of data center infrastructure to support mission-critical system design and reliability objectivesContribute to continuous improvement by staying current with industry standards, technologies, and best practicesQualifications and Experience:10-15 years of experienceBS or MS in Electrical EngineeringLicensed Professional Engineer (Strongly Preferred)Proficient in Electrical Load CalculationsProficient in the use of AutoCAD and RevitProficient with SKM, eTap, or equivalent softwareTechnical writing skills requiredProficient in the development of specifications for UPS Systems, Emergency/Standby Generators, Low and Medium-Voltage SwitchgearKnowledge in Infrastructure and Commercial FacilitiesKnowledge relative to Data Center infrastructure designCapable of supervising staff engineers and designersExperience with the development of Short Circuit and Selective Coordination studiesExperience with the development of Arc Flash Hazard Analysis StudiesExperience with the design of Standby and Emergency Generator Systems as well as paralleling generator systemsExtensive field survey experienceExtensive experience with Construction AdministrationLocation: Philadelphia, PA - HYBRIDTravel: Some travel to US sites.Compensation & Benefits:The expected base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $180,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.This role is also eligible for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive U.S.
