With a commitment to impact and ownership, we provide our team members the opportunity to grow, lead, and shape their own future.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to spearhead and expand our electrical design capabilities in the Baltimore region.

This is a leadership-track role for someone who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment and is eager to build and mentor a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing building systems for institutional clients, possess strong technical and project leadership skills, and be able to obtain security clearance.ResponsibilitiesLead electrical design projects across lighting, power, fire alarm, telecom, and security.Perform code compliance analysis, load calculations, and system documentation.Create detailed design deliverables using Revit and AutoCAD.Manage project teams and coordinate with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary engineers.Provide QA/QC oversight and mentor junior staff.Support business development by cultivating client relationships and pursuing new project opportunities.Requirements· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related). · Active PE license.

· Minimum 10 years of electrical building systems design experience. · Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office. · Experience in institutional sectors (government, healthcare, higher ed).

· Familiarity with codes, standards, and design guidelines for building systems. · US Citizen with the ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance (required). · LEED or CEM credentials a plus.
