- 9+ years of progressive experience in the AEC industry, with a healthcare facilities or university/higher learning institution focus. n
- Expertise with engineering software platforms. n
- Advanced knowledge of industry codes, standards, and QA/QC procedures. n
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, staff development, training, and mentorship. n
- Experience with technical writing and proposal contributions. n
