Job Description
We are seeking a highly capable Electrical Engineer with hands‑on design experience to support both new product development and the enhancement of existing product lines. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, improving, and troubleshooting electrical systems and components.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform electrical design across both analog and digital domains .
- Evaluate engineering trade‑offs to ensure optimal performance, cost, and reliability.
- Improve and optimize existing products through targeted enhancements.
- Provide sustaining engineering support for released products.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues at the component, board, and system levels.
- Produce clear and accurate technical documentation .
- Collaborate and interface with cross‑functional departments , including mechanical, software, manufacturing, and product teams.
- Complete additional engineering tasks as assigned to support program goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in digital and analog electrical design .
- Experience with schematic capture tools (Altium preferred).
- Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) , Design for Serviceability , Design for Test (DFT) , and Design for Cost (DFC) principles.
- Experience with system design , validation , and verification workflows.
- Familiarity with standard electrical laboratory equipment and measurement techniques.
- PCB layout experience.
- Experience with IoT , LoRa , or cellular communication technologies .
- Knowledge of high‑speed interfaces and associated design considerations.
- Understanding of analog‑to‑digital converters , filters , and power supply design .
- Proficiency with PSpice or other circuit simulation tools.
- Experience with signal integrity analysis and best practices.
