Senior Electrical Engineer - Data CentersWe are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineering Lead to drive electrical design and execution for complex data center projects. This role combines technical leadership, project oversight, team development, and client engagement.You will:Lead electrical engineering delivery for design-only, design-build, and construction-only projectsServe as a subject matter expert in data center electrical systemsOversee complex engineering deliverables across multiple or large-scale projectsProvide technical direction, mentorship, and quality oversight to engineering teamsAct as Engineer of Record (where applicable)Collaborate cross-functionally across disciplinesEngage in client-facing discussions and support business development effortsDevelop scopes of work, budgets, schedules, and technical strategiesContribute to continuous improvement, risk management, and quality initiativesThis position primarily supports projects across North America.Provide leadership on engineering standards, design guides, and applicable codesDevelop and review complex calculations, system studies, and equipment selectionsEnsure compliance with internal quality programs and engineering best practicesManage discipline budgets, schedules, staffing, and deliverable qualityCoordinate across multiple engineering disciplines on integrated project deliveryIdentify and address client drivers, priorities, and long-term needsSupport pursuit strategy and technical positioning for new opportunitiesMentor and develop early-career professionalsContribute to succession planning and team capability developmentSupervise team members, including performance management and hiring responsibilitiesMinimum qualifications include:Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited program (or equivalent experience)Minimum 11 years of relevant electrical engineering experienceActive engineering registration or licensure (Professional Engineer preferred)Ability to serve as Engineer of Record where requiredPreferred qualifications include:Bachelors degree in Electrical EngineeringProven experience leading electrical design for data center projectsStrong understanding of redundancy and resiliency design strategiesFamiliarity with hyperscale, edge, and colocation data center design differencesProficiency in Autodesk Revit, including advanced 3D modeling and custom familiesExperience with BIM 360, Navisworks, Revit worksets, view templates, and phasingKnowledge of data center tier classification systemsDemonstrated leadership in managing project schedules, budgets, and resourcesStrong analytical skills with ability to leverage metrics for decision-makingEffective client communication and business development support capabilitiesAbility to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
