This individual will lead the design of complex electrical systems, manage cross-functional coordination, mentor junior staff, and serve as a client-facing representative for high-impact projects. The ideal candidate is technically strong, deeply familiar with NEC code and healthcare/lab project work, and either PE-licensed or on a clear path to licensure.· Lead the design of building electrical systems (lighting, power, fire alarm, life safety, and specialty systems)· Oversee design documentation and QA/QC efforts· Coordinate across engineering disciplines and with clients· Mentor and review the work of junior engineers· Assist in client development and project pursuits· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering· Minimum of 10 years experience; 12–15 preferred· PE License in MD/DC/VA or a clear path to licensure· Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office· Strong knowledge of NEC and regional codes· Experience with healthcare, lab, and institutional projects· Excellent communication, leadership, and mentorship skillsLEED certification is a plus
