What You'll Do
- Lead electrical engineering efforts for complex airport and aviation infrastructure projects.
- Develop and oversee the design of airport electrical systems, including airfield lighting, terminal power distribution, standby power systems, and other mission-critical airport infrastructure.
- Drive engineering strategy, QA/QC, commissioning, and project delivery.
- Support proposals, client presentations, and business development efforts within the aviation market.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent.
- Provide technical leadership on large, complex, and high-visibility airport projects.
- Collaborate with airport authorities, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications
Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) License
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field
10+ years of electrical engineering design experience
Proven experience designing electrical systems for airports and aviation facilities , including terminals, airfield infrastructure, and support facilities
Strong knowledge of airport electrical codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams and managing complex xhqgsiq projects
Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with major commercial, international, or hub airport projects
Familiarity with FAA standards and airport infrastructure requirements
Experience supporting business development and client relationship management
