Whether you are navigating intricate building codes or integrating multidisciplinary systems, you will be part of a firm that views every project as an opportunity to set a new industry standard while actively investing in your path toward licensure and long-term career advancement.Core ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end design process for sophisticated electrical systems, ensuring all solutions are innovative, scalable, and technically sound.Perform advanced electrical calculations and power system analyses in strict accordance with the NEC, IBC, and local building authorities.Architect complete, coordinated construction documents and technical specifications that translate complex requirements into actionable builds.Drive project planning initiatives, including the management of budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure elite delivery standards.Synchronize with project managers, architects, and MEP engineers to ensure seamless system compatibility and holistic design integrity.Steer the professional development of junior designers and engineering staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative growth.Execute rigorous quality control reviews and site visits to ensure all deliverables exceed project benchmarks and safety regulations.Act as a technical subject matter expert in client meetings and site evaluations, providing clear communication on complex engineering challenges.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) OR an Associate degree in a technical field.8+ years of experience with a BSEE; 10+ years with an Associate degree; or 11+ years of demonstrated practical expertise in electrical systems design.Expert-level command of Revit and AutoCAD.Comprehensive mastery of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and International Building Codes (IBC).Exceptional verbal and written skills with a proven ability to lead technical discussions.Preferred QualificationsActive EIT certification or a Professional Engineer (PE) license.Specific experience in the Senior Living, Multi-Family, or Industrial sectors.Previous experience in a formal mentorship or team lead capacity within a consulting engineering environment.
