Sr. Electrical Design EngineerResponsibilities:Collect and organize all of the bid information documents from the General Contractor(s)Evaluate the bid documents and determine the best methods and strategies for design with assistance from the engineering manager/pre-construction managerProvide bid information as needed to the appropriate design services providersPerform preliminary DesignsProvide the estimating team with all known bid breakdown requirementsEvaluate all quoted items for accuracyOrganize the bid documentsCoordinate with the pre-construction manager to follow-up with the client until the bid is won or lostQualifications:BS in Electrical Engineering (preferred)PE and RCDD license (preferred)10+ years of electrical engineering experienceProficient with AutoCAD Electrical and RevitAbility to understand, interpret and troubleshoot customer needs and problemsExperienced in electrical design and circuitsStrong administrative, accounting, and computer skillsDemonstrated leadership skillsAbility to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levelsKnowledge of construction principles/practices requiredExperience dealing with subcontracts, subcontractorsAbility to build trust and influence others internally and externally10% travel requiredBenefits PEAK's benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Savings Account (DCA), and 401K plan.
