Electrical TechnicianAs an Electrical Technician, you'll play a hands-on role fabricating and assembling high-reliability electromechanical systems critical to the next generation of clean energy. This is a fast-paced, high-standards environment where your expertise will directly impact the performance and safety of our technology.Electrical Assembly & FabricationBuild and assemble high-quality electromechanical components and wire harnessesFollow mechanical drawings and GD&T standards to ensure precise constructionUse standard tools and electronics equipment (e.g., DMMs, oscilloscopes, programmable power supplies) for builds and testingDocumentation & Process ExecutionRead and interpret technical documentation, including schematics and work instructionsDocument all work clearly and accurately in ERP systems and internal platforms (e.g., Outlook, shop floor systems)Assist with first-run production processes and support process improvement effortsTesting & QualityRun tests in HASS/HALT and thermal chambers, report results with precisionPerform verification of electrical assemblies and identify issues in design or vendor qualityMaintain high standards of cleanliness and accuracy, contributing to a quality-first cultureQualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalency certificate2+ years of professional experience with electronics tools and test equipment2+ years of hands-on experience using mechanical and/or electronics hand toolsStrong ability to read and interpret engineering documentationPreferredAssociate's degree in electronics, electromechanical technology, or related field6+ years of experience working with wire harnesses or flight hardware in production environmentsFamiliarity with fast-paced manufacturing or aerospace environmentsStrong attention to detail, self-directed work ethic, and excellent teamwork and communication skillsPhysicalAbility to stand for long periods, climb ladders, bend, stoop, stretch, and lift up to 25 lbs unassistedMust be able to distinguish wire and connector color codes
