Senior EHSS Leader — Strategy, Compliance & People

SABIC is seeking a Sr. Manager, EHSS at the Burkville site to lead a high-impact, data-driven EHSS program.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across functions to drive continuous improvement in regulatory compliance, safety, and environmental performance. You will shape the EHSS strategy, oversee a team of about 14 direct reports, and partner with Legal, HR, and Finance to align EHSS with business goals while sustaining RC14001 certification
