We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization seeking a Senior EHSS Engineer to help drive safety culture, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement across multiple operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead environmental, health, safety, and security programs across manufacturing operations
- Manage compliance activities related to air, water, waste, permitting, reporting, inspections, and audits
- Develop and execute long-term safety improvement initiatives
- Conduct root cause analyses and drive corrective and preventative actions to completion
- Partner with operational leaders to strengthen safety culture and employee engagement
- Analyze EHSS data, develop KPIs, and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Support regulatory interactions and stay ahead of emerging compliance requirements
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 7+ years of EHSS experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or chemical environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and industrial hygiene practices
- Experience leading safety improvement programs and compliance initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience with environmental permitting, audits, root cause analysis, and regulatory compliance
- Wastewater, landfill, or related environmental certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Work Schedule : Onsite
Compensation : $115-140k base
Benefits : Medical, dental, vision, paid sick leave where applicable by state law
