Job Description
  • Lead and oversee all EHS programs, ensuring full regulatory compliance and workplace safety
  • Advise leadership on safety strategy, risk mitigation, and environmental compliance initiatives
  • Conduct audits and inspections to drive continuous improvement and compliance
  • Develop and deliver EHS training programs and safety procedures across the organization
  • Maintain safety records, training systems, and equipment to support operational standards
  • Act as primary contact for regulatory agencies and respond to safety-related incidents

The Successful Applicant
A successful Sr. EHS Manager should have:
  • Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred)
  • 6+ years leadership experience + 8+ years in EHS
  • Strong background in OSHA and manufacturing safety compliance
  • Experience leading EHS programs in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of hazardous waste, environmental regulations, and compliance standards preferred
  • Proven ability to drive safety culture and influence cross-functional teams
