Moderna in Norwood, MA is seeking an experienced EHS leader to support operations at our biopharma facility. Reporting to the Site Director, you will manage EHS events, investigations, CAPA, and program ownership across R&D, facilities, and manufacturing enabling functions.
You will lead high‑risk programs, drive MOC, audits, compliance improvements, and leverage data analytics and AI-enabled tools to strengthen EHS performance and culture. Occasional travel to local sites may be required.
