Supporting remote USA operations, the full-time Senior EDI Functional Consultant will implement and manage EDI solutions, conduct testing, and assist clients in configuring and maintaining trading partner relationships. Key responsibilities Conduct EDI document testing and create data mapping documents according to trading partner specifications Investigate and resolve EDI-related issues while managing multiple project initiatives Answer customer inquiries about the Document Exchange module and collaborate with programming staff for implementation support Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience Strong working knowledge of the EDI lifecycle, including partner engagement, testing, and troubleshooting Technical background with experience in EDI standards and protocols 1 to 4 years of EDI consulting experience preferred Familiarity with non-standard formats like delimited and fixed-width files
