Own the post-purchase experience for customers, including cancellation flows, order management, loyalty, and referrals. Partner closely with Retention, Engineering, and Design to launch new features end to end. We're looking for someone who: Has 3-7 years of product management, ecommerce, or retention-focused work, preferably at a DTC company. Is proficient with AI-assisted workflows like Claude Code and Claude Design. Has deep experience with analytics, retention reporting, and pricing platforms. Approach to the role: AI-driven: obsessed with automating work and creating new workflows using AI. Action-biased: moves fast, iterates often, and learns from what's live. Member-obsessed: approaches every feature from the lens of the member. Base salary range is $140,000-$160,000 plus bonus.
