A fast-growing health and wellness company is looking for a Senior eCommerce & Marketing Manager to own the full digital commerce and marketing stack across multiple Shopify storefronts. This is a high-ownership, in-house role for someone who treats every stage of the customer journey as a conversion opportunity.
What You'll Own
- Day-to-day management and optimization of multiple Shopify Plus stores — pages, collections, themes, apps and integrations
- Full funnel architecture and optimization: product launches, quiz funnels, landing pages, upsell and downsell sequences, one-click upsells, subscription funnels and checkout flows
- All Klaviyo email and SMS initiatives — welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, VIP programs, segmentation and list growth
- CRO program — A/B testing, heatmaps, session recordings, AOV improvement and checkout optimization
- Digital marketing support across Meta, Google, TikTok and Amazon campaigns alongside the broader marketing team
- Technical site health — SEO, tracking pixels, analytics, speed, mobile responsiveness and developer coordination
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years hands-on Shopify experience, Shopify Plus preferred
- Extensive Klaviyo expertise across email and SMS
- Proven funnel builder with measurable conversion improvements
- Familiar with HTML, CSS and Liquid for theme-level edits
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent project management skills
- Background in health, wellness or supplement brands a strong plus
