Senior eBilling Analyst

Managing all aspects of client billing, the full-time Senior eBilling Analyst will oversee bill preparation, electronic invoice submissions, and budget projections while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee the timely submission of electronic invoices and manage the transition of clients to e-billing Act as a liaison between billing attorneys and clients, ensuring compliance with client billing guidelines and resolving issues Perform ad hoc analyses of complex client accounts and provide training and support to junior team members Required qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred; relevant experience may be considered Minimum four years of e-billing experience in a law firm or professional organization required Hands-on familiarity with multiple e-billing vendor systems and outside counsel guidelines Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly advanced Excel features Experience with Aderant or Elite/Elite 3E and/or business intelligence products strongly preferred
