Providing expert management and clinical consultation, the full-time Senior EAP Case Worker - SAP will support a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program remotely, focusing on workplace behavioral health issues and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities Provide management consultation services on workplace behavioral health and compliance considerations Conduct clinical risk assessments and develop action plans for a range of workplace and employee issues Coordinate care and provide clinical consultation to EAP Consultants, Onsite Clinicians, and EAP Affiliates Required qualifications Active, unrestricted clinical behavioral health license authorizing autonomous practice Master's degree (or higher) in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family, or Psychology 5+ years of experience in mental health and behavioral health services, including EAP and substance abuse intervention Understanding of confidentiality standards, including HIPAA and ethical guidelines in behavioral health Ability to complete a federal background investigation as required by federal contracting requirements
