Supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project, the full-time Senior Dynamics Developer will design, develop, and customize solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service) while working remotely and collaborating in an Agile environment. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet business requirements and automate processes Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Required qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service) Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization and development using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Platform Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field U.S. Citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance
