Your expertise will give to the production of high-quality semiconductor components that are pivotal to our customers' success.
You will work closely with multi-functional teams to tackle equipment issues and implement solutions that improve efficiency and yield. We are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values collaboration, and is eager to dive deep into the technical aspects of semiconductor manufacturing.ResponsibilitiesInstallation and qualification of the cutting-edge dry etch equipment in our new cleanroomDry etch equipment performance, including data analysis, preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentationCollaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment-related issues affecting productionUse project management skills to complete project milestones that close hardware gaps around equipment deficienciesEstablish productive vendor relations to maintain supplier engagement, driving best in class equipment metricsDevelop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategiesMinimum Required Qualifications2+ years of industry experience working as Equipment Owner with Dry Etch equipmentBS or Masters in the Engineering field, equivalent military experience or AAS with 5+yr industry experiencePreferred QualificationsStrong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipmentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approachStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentProficient in Data Science and Programming skillsMicron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
