Senior Drupal Web DeveloperLocation: 50 Wolf Road, Albany, NY, 12232Duration: 12 months contract w/ possibility of extensionNotes:Hybrid role, candidate is required to work onsite 50% of the time.Require a copy of Acquia Certification attached with resume submission.Work Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.Description:A programmer who specializes in, or is specifically engaged in, the development of World Wide Web applications, or applications that are run over HTTP from a web server to a web browser.The candidate will ensure that all Drupal websites that are developed and delivered are usable, functionally accessible, responsive designed, and compliant with NYS standards and best practices.The candidate will utilize an Enterprise Platform solution (Drupal) to accomplish its mission, leveraging current technologies and industry best practices as applicable to improve its service delivery.Senior Web Developer will develop Drupal theming, custom functionality, module development, Frontend, and/or backend development.Utilize PHP, JavaScript/jQuery, and HTML/CSS/Twig templating.The candidate will develop headless and standard implementations and coding.Qualifications:64 months of experience in custom Drupal module development including modules, features and themes.48 Months of experience in using Drupal environments using GIT, Drupal VM, Acquia, BLT, SOLR, and DRUSH.48 months of experience in using standard Drupal modules such as CTools, Views, and Panels, extending them through code.64 months proficiency PHP, HTML/5, CSS/3, SASS and JavaScript/jQuery, Web graphical, browser, and cross- platform compatibility issues and creating sites with responsive design.Acquia certified Developer – Back-end, Front end or Developer certification.
