.Net Developer – Remote, USA
Hands‑on experience building enterprise‑level web applications, delivering high‑quality solutions with minimal guidance. The candidate should independently analyze requirements and implement robust, scalable web systems. Strong problem‑solving skills, the ability to anticipate and address challenges, and a drive for continuous improvement are essential. Experience with systems that determine benefit eligibility based on complex workflows and business rules in State/Federal public programs and Labor/Workforce Development industry is a plus.
Must Have
- Experience in .NET/C# application development and triaging code issues.
- Experience supporting .ASP.NET and MS Windows Forms applications.
- Experience with TFS, both on‑premises and Azure.
- Ability to understand functional requirements and implement them technically.
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal direction.
- Proactive, with availability during California business hours.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SSRS and SSIS.
- Experience in BizTalk application development support.
