Engaging directly with senior stakeholders, the full-time remote Senior Domain Engineering Specialist will provide advanced product expertise and domain depth to support customer success and drive complex solution designs across the Veeam Data Platform. Key responsibilities Serve as a technical overlay to Customer Success Engineers and Specialists, offering specialized expertise when needed Lead solution design reviews and customer readiness assessments while monitoring risk and optimization opportunities Collaborate with Sales teams to shape technical strategies and narratives for security, cloud, and AI expansion Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in advanced technical or architecture roles (e.g., Security Engineer, Cloud Solution Architect) Strong expertise in at least one product area (VDC or VDP) or domain area (Security, Cloud, AI) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, cloud/platform certifications); VMCE preferred or willingness to complete post-hire Demonstrated ability to engage with senior technical and executive stakeholders on risk and strategic roadmaps
