- Use WMS data and KPIs to make smarter business decisions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and implement operational changes
- Strengthen workforce planning, accountability & leadership development
What We're Looking For
Proven leadership in distribution center, retail DC or e-commerce operations
Success developing leaders and managing large teams
Strong analytical, process improvement & change management skills
WMS knowledge and a results-driven leadership style
Ability to balance day-to-day execution with long-term strategy
