What You Will Do
Engineer high-throughput transactional backends in Go/Rust
Design event-driven architectures with Apache Kafka
Optimize PostgreSQL query performance and sharding strategies
Qualifications & Requirements
5+ years designing distributed systems in Go, Rust, or Java
Deep knowledge of event-driven patterns, CQRS, and consensus protocols
Experience with high-concurrency database optimizations
Flexible remote-first work environment
