Boston Financial Investment Management, LP, a member of ORIX USA, is seeking a Senior Director of Underwriting in Boston to lead the Account Management team and oversee evaluation, underwriting, and closing of equity investments for BF funds. This role shapes underwriting standards and ensures high-quality due diligence and documentation.

You will chair the Screening Committee, coordinate with Capital and Underwriting Specialties, manage deal timelines, and mentor staff.
