Senior Director, Transactions Tax & Corporate Finance

FTI Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director within the Transactions Tax team to collaborate with private equity and corporate clients on tax due diligence, structuring and modeling for buy-side and sell-side transactions. You will prepare reports for C-suite executives and lead complex tax research.

The role requires interpreting U.S. federal tax law, reviewing purchase agreements, and guiding post-closing opportunities while communicating with clients and teams across engagements.
