Senior Director, Training & Compliance, GVP

Novo Nordisk is seeking an Associate Director, Training to lead the Training organization across the GVP area, driving compliance and performance improvements within a regulatory environment. You will set the vision for training aligned with business strategy and lead Training Managers and Partners across sites.

You will build a connected training community, oversee budgets, asset management, and implement standardized training standards.
