The world of work as we know it is changing and we’re looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

The Experience

As the Senior Director of Technical Program Management for Field Service, you will be at the helm of the world’s #1 AI CRM. In this role, you will be the essential thread connecting product, engineering, and design teams with executive leadership to deliver the Field Service Product Roadmap. You will lead a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers to deliver cross-functional initiatives that merge human ingenuity with AI agents to redefine how service is provided in the field.

This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring a blend of deep technical fluency, operational rigor, and executive presence to navigate C-suite priorities. You will bridge the gap between bold vision and flawless execution, ensuring Salesforce remains the leader in the agentic enterprise shift.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

  • Define and evolve the Field Service operating model, aligning vision, business goals, and resource allocation across global engineering and product cohorts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and EVP/SVP-level stakeholders, providing data-driven insights to influence strategic decision-making and risk mitigation.
  • Drive high-cadence forums and Deep Dive reviews to unblock technical hurdles, streamline advance release planning, and ensure business-critical milestones are met.
  • Act as a catalyst for change within Product & Technology, fostering a culture of innovation while maintaining the rigor of a world-class SaaS delivery engine.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the Agentforce Field Service portfolio, ensuring complex dependencies across scrum teams and divisions are seamlessly integrated.
  • Recruit, mentor, and elevate a world-class team of Technical Program Managers, scaling their impact and aligning their growth with Salesforce’s long-term AI strategy.

You’re Our Person If…

  • You have 10-15+ years of professional experience leading large-scale enterprise product programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have 5+ years of people management experience at the Director level or above, with a proven track record of building high-output teams.
  • You have a well-established record of building and growing teams, managing leaders, and navigating personnel issues.
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of the SaaS business model and Agile/Scrum software development lifecycles (SDLC) at massive scale.

Even Better If…

  • You have familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) and Go-To-Market (GTM) motions.
  • You have foundational knowledge or training in AI frameworks and their application in enterprise software.
  • You hold professional Agile Scrum certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional - ScrumMaster (CSP-SM) or Certified Scrum Professional - Product Owner (CSP-PO).
  • You possess a rare ability to translate complex technical roadmaps into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
  • You lead with composure in high-stakes environments, leaning on a sense of humor and a solution-oriented mindset.

Benefits

When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best.
