Senior Director, Strategy & Operations – US Market Access & Reimbursement

Korn Ferry is partnering with a leading global biopharmaceutical organization to identify a Senior Director, Strategy & Operations – US Market Access & Reimbursement. In this role, you will serve as a key strategic advisor to the Head of Market Access & Reimbursement, helping drive organizational priorities, executive alignment, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution across pricing, reimbursement, payer strategy, access, and commercialization efforts. This opportunity offers a unique chance to influence enterprise strategy, shape market access execution, and partner directly with senior leadership within a high-growth, innovation-driven healthcare environment

Location: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Lead strategy and operations for a large-scale Market Access organization.
• Partner with senior executives to translate enterprise priorities into actionable plans.
• Drive governance, business planning, budget management, and performance tracking.
• Develop executive-level communications and presentations for leadership and board audiences.
• Oversee payer channel marketing operations and cross-functional market access initiatives.
• Lead complex strategic projects focused on access, pricing, reimbursement, and payer engagement.

Ideal Background:

• 12+ years of experience across biopharma, market access, consulting, strategy, or operations.
• Deep expertise in payer strategy, reimbursement, pricing, and access.
• Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills.
• Experience leading highly matrixed, cross-functional initiatives and organizational transformation efforts.
• Life Sciences Consulting experience and/or MBA preferred.
