Senior Director, State Policy & Advocacy (Hybrid)

Ferring Holding SA is seeking a Senior Director, Government Affairs, State (Head) to lead state advocacy efforts in Washington, D.C. and key states.

This role focuses on developing and executing strategies, building relationships with policymakers, and guiding regulatory and reimbursement outcomes. You will partner with senior leaders, monitor policy developments, and manage external partnerships to advance Ferring’s public policy priorities and patient access initiatives.
