Covenant House New York is seeking a Senior Director of Shelter to oversee multiple shelter programs, including the Manhattan Youth Shelter, Bronx Homeless Youth Adult Program, and Mother & Child Shelter. You will design new program models, build partnerships, and lead staff to deliver trauma-informed care and housing transitions.
You will ensure regulatory compliance, provide leadership to supervisors, and champion evidence-based practices across sites.
