Senior Director, Product Management – Consumer Developer Experience
Capital One’s Enterprise Consumer Product (ECP) Marketing Transformation team is responsible for our digital customer experiences, including a leading mobile app, online presence, and marketing technology ecosystem. This role is a senior leadership position focused on reimagining and improving the marketing stack to deliver innovative, sustainable customer experiences through technology.
Team and Responsibilities
The product leader will own critical capabilities within our marketing stack, including:
- Ownership of enterprise‑scale platforms and the vision and roadmap for those platforms.
- Optimizing in‑market performance and aligning product strategy with business needs.
- Working closely with lines of business to deeply understand needs and opportunities.
- Continuously improving owned platforms and building the destination martech stack.
- Ensuring high‑quality implementation of line‑of‑business requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in any field and at least 7 years of Product Management experience.
- Preferred: Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary ranges (full‑time, annually):
- Chicago, IL: $245,100 – $279,800
- McLean, VA: $269,600 – $307,700
- New York, NY: $294,100 – $335,700
- Richmond, VA: $245,100 – $279,800
Additional compensation may include performance‑based incentives, such as cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives. The role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package supporting health, financial, and overall well‑being.
