Senior Director, Payroll & Compliance (Multi-State)

Studs, a category-defining ear piercing and earring brand based in New York, seeks a Director of Payroll to lead day-to-day payroll for our growing multi-state retail workforce. You will own end-to-end processing for hourly and salaried staff and ensure tax compliance as we expand into new markets.

This on-site role requires 8+ years of payroll experience with ADP and a hands-on, detail-focused approach. Expect a 3 days in office, 2 days remote schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.
