Senior Director, Partnership Development (NYC or LA)
Allied Sports is hiring a Senior Director of Partnership Development to join our fast-growing team in securing commercial revenue for Allied Sports’ portfolio of prestigious property clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business corporate partnerships across Allied Sports’ diverse roster of property partners.
- Proactively and independently identify and cultivate new corporate partnership opportunities at the regional, national, and global levels.
- Shape the go-to-market strategy and lead strategic approach of customized ROI‑driven proposals tailored to prospective partner goals and initiatives.
- Lead all elements of the full sales cycle, including prospecting, ideating, pitching, and negotiating to close.
- Collaborate with internal Partnership Solutions leads to develop partnership platforms and applicable asset compilations.
- Build strong relationships across property client key stakeholders.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects for assigned property clients and consistently meet or exceed individual revenue targets.
- Identify new partnerships and revenue streams across Allied Sports’ extended ecosystem, including Talent, Brand Marketing, and Experiential Divisions.
- Deliver regular sales forecasting and pipeline reporting for Allied Sports internal leadership and property clients.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in driving high‑value, multi‑year partnerships with leading brands and properties.
- Established connections with senior leaders at top companies across a wide range of industries and geographies.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to work cross‑functionally across the agency.
- Deep understanding of the Sports & Entertainment landscape with sports property / league or agency experience preferred.
- Ability to problem‑solve independently and in a group, team environment.
- Strong ability to multi‑task, managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management, relationship, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to travel and work non‑traditional hours as needed (which could include weekends).
Considerations:
- Base salary: $150K–160K annually + Bonus Potential.
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office (Tues–Thurs) and 2 days remote (Mon & Fri).
