Leading Workforce Transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of Workforce Transformation will manage productivity insights, redesign job architecture, and define future skills while working remotely to drive AI integration across the organization. Key responsibilities Own and measure AI's impact on workforce productivity and efficiency, presenting quarterly insights to leadership Redesign roles and career pathways in alignment with AI-driven changes and oversee strategic workforce planning Define necessary future skills and lead the development of training programs to enhance AI fluency across the workforce Required qualifications Experience as an AI-native operator with a strong understanding of LLMs and AI applications Proven leadership in transformation and operating model development that enhances organizational effectiveness Ability to anticipate AI's impact on roles and skills, proactively shaping workforce strategies Experience in designing skills-based workforce structures and career pathways Strong change leadership skills with a consultative approach to influence senior functional leaders
