Senior Director of Technical Services

To unify and scale the technical backbone of its Professional Services organization, the full-time Senior Director of Technical Services will manage three interdependent workstreams Advisory, Delivery, and Support ensuring consistent technical excellence and operational standards across teams in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Own the quality and consistency of design artifacts across engagements in the Advisory workstream Manage engineering resource allocation and enforce standards for project delivery in the Delivery workstream Oversee support SLAs and develop a mentoring program for clients and partners in the Support workstream Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in technical delivery, professional services, or engineering leadership within enterprise or industrial software Demonstrated experience managing multiple technical functions concurrently, including solution architecture and engineering delivery Experience managing distributed, international teams, particularly in US and European contexts Proven track record of building or scaling a technical delivery function during growth phases Familiarity with MES, MOM, or industrial automation platforms, preferably TrakSYS or similar
