Senior Director of Talent Development Operations

VEG headquarters in White Plains is seeking a Senior Director, Talent Development Operations to turn learning strategy into scalable capability across VEG. You’ll align programs, trainers, technology, training environments, and field partners to ensure learning reaches hospitals consistently and effectively.

You’ll bridge VQ and the frontline, deciding what should be built centrally versus closer to hospitals, enabling VEGgies to learn, practice, and grow in the flow of work.
