Senior Director of Supplier Development

Leading the Supplier Development team, the full-time Senior Director of Supplier Development will manage supplier partner performance, category strategy, and governance alignment while working remotely in the United States. Key responsibilities Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders to align supplier development strategies and ensure customer satisfaction Oversee the development and implementation of supplier performance scorecards and conduct regular supplier reviews Lead global sourcing initiatives and support price negotiations with key supplier partners across various categories Required qualifications University degree in business, communications, human resources, or a related field preferred 7+ years of experience in the mobility industry or related fields, with at least 5 years in supply chain or procurement 3+ years of experience in people management and senior stakeholder management Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; fluency in English and additional languages preferred Preferred certifications include CIPS, CRP, or GMS
