Senior Director of Revenue Strategy

Owning the end-to-end flow that converts market demand into recognized revenue, the full-time Senior Director of Revenue Strategy will manage the A2R Value Stream, ensuring effective collaboration across five connected motions while operating in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and execute the improvement strategy and roadmap for the A2R stream, addressing demand model and performance metrics Lead AI-native redesign initiatives to enhance workflows and drive measurable business outcomes across the revenue process Oversee the intake process and governance for work entering the A2R stream, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance controls Required qualifications 15+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, product management, or consulting, with a focus on go-to-market or Revenue Operations Proven experience in managing a portfolio or backlog at scale, with accountability for business outcomes through KPIs Strong understanding of AI-native working methods and their application in high-value opportunities Track record of leading complex, cross-functional transformations without established playbooks Expertise in SAFe and Lean Portfolio Management methodologies
